Will personal searches invalidate HIPs?

 

AHIPP puts paid to suggestions that personal searches will invalidate the HIP.

Media coverage today has suggested that mortgage lenders will not accept personal searches included in the HIP. HSBC has stated categorically that it will not accept this level of search, but it the media has regretted to mention that this has always been HSBC policy. Personal Searches account for a significant portion of the Search market, and this will not change with the introduction of HIPs
